The facility is clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is motivating without being overwhelming, making it a comfortable space for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. Class offerings are varied and we always have fun when working out. This gym is a gem! Perfect place with all the equipment you need and constantly adding more. Semir trains our boys hockey teams and get them in great shape and improves their athleticism. Semir has built a community and is so good at keeping you motivated and focused on your goals. Love this place!

The one on one training and personal guidance you will receive from TPG gym and its trainers is top quality! The group sessions are fun, engaging and perfectly challenging each time in order to help reach your fitness goals. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

TPG should stand for The Perfect Gym. TPG has the best trainers, music and workouts! My goal when I joined was to feel strong again and TPG definitely delivered…not to mention the many other benefits - better energy, endurance, mood and so much more. I still can’t believe I have the energy to workout at 6 am!

I never felt comfortable at other gyms but that completely changed when I walked in the doors of TPG. Semir has created a safe and welcoming environment which has allowed me to be consistent in obtaining my fitness goals. The trainers are personable, motivating, and knowledgeable to guide you through your fitness journey. There is nothing but good things to say about this gym and the community that Semir has created at TPG! I cannot recommend this gym enough if you are just wanting to start your fitness journey or have been working out and are looking to push yourself to the next level.TPG IS A MUST!

This place is the best. Quit your big box store gym and come here instead. Owner/operated: Semir actually cares about your health and fitness, not just about making money! I feel both encouraged and challenged every time I go.

I found this gym when we moved to Centrepointe area and so happy to have found a place that focuses on strength conditioning. I enjoy the classes , instructors and how everyday is something different :) It’s a judge free zone and every body is welcome. Felt safe coming here as someone starting with weights and working out again after a long hiatus . Highly recommend this gym !

TPG is an incredible gym with phenomenal personal trainers. The trainers are friendly, fun, and motivating and they will work with you to help you reach your fitness goals, be it in personal training or group classes. TPG trainers and their clients have created a very positive environment where everyone is supportive, kind, and of course competitive. Also, the owner, Semir, is an absolute gem! He’s incredibly passionate about fitness and he’s also the happiest and most energetic person I have ever met! I HIGHLY recommend you give this gym a try.

If you haven’t been to TPG, you NEED to. It’s by far the best group fitness gym in the Ottawa area. Semir and Genna are super welcoming and knowledgeable trainers.

I highly recommend Alen as a personal trainer! I came to him with a back pain issue, and he tailored a specific exercise plan to help address it. He was extremely attentive to my form and technique, ensuring that I wouldn't aggravate the pain. His vast knowledge of different exercises kept each session interesting and engaging, so it never felt monotonous. After starting training with him, I haven't had any issues with my back pain returning, and I genuinely feel stronger and more energetic.
